In preparing the school management team for their role as school leaders, we went on an overseas study visit to established educational institutions, meet top organization leaders and attend training workshops conducted by practitioners. I have o rganized many similar programmes before and they never fail to make a lasting impression and impact on participants in building their vision, confidence and motivation. In that isolated yet safe space, lies an opportunity for the coach to  build rapport and intimacy  in discovering the coachee’s deep pains, fears and  hopes.
