This program is more than just a learning journey — it’s a learning pathway to becoming a purpose-driven changemaker. It starts with personal growth, where participants discover their potential through critical thinking and personal mastery. Along the way, they are trained, coached, and mentored as individuals and in teams by trained and experienced alumni. They learn to manage people, resources, and strategies that drive meaningful change as they grow. With a spirit of entrepreneurship, they’re challenged to innovate, launch ideas, and solve real problems.


Through the service pathway, they develop essential skills and deep expertise in learning, process, content, management, or as subject matter experts. Each track builds skills, such as learning, coaching, management, research, or mentoring, enabling them to serve others more effectively. And through it all, they learn to measure impact, manage programs, and lead sustainable change that truly matters.


Together, these five pillars create a comprehensive pathway for individuals and teams to grow, lead, and serve to make a lasting impact in their communities and beyond.
