For about 2 years, I led a team of consultants and trainers in Organisational Transformation projects for various schools in Cambodia, in the following areas:

    - Pedagogical Mastery
    - Professional Development
    - Teacher Mentoring Program

3. Digitalisation and ICT Training

    - ICT Training for Teachers  
    - E-learning

4. English Language Mastery
    - Cambridge Key English Test (KET)
    - Cambridge Preliminary English Test (PET)
    - Reading programs

5. Arabic Language Teaching and Resource Development
    - Designing, Translating, and Customising of Books and Learning Resources
    - Language Seminar
    - E-Learning 

The Islamic Development Bank funded these projects.

The language barrier was overcome with having Mr Vazy Tolos, a lecturer from Norton University by my side to ensure clarity in delivery and understanding.

Is my job safe in this Covid-19 pandemic crisis? Will I still have a job until my retirement?  Will I have enough savings when I retire? Are these the right questions to ask in these difficult times? The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has caused the most severe disruption of the global economy since World War II. With many jobs, businesses and livelihoods affected, it's not surprising that many are anxious about their future.
